At VPC, we strive for the most stress-free and enjoyable ownership experience. That means we do our best to make you as independent of us as possible. This is why we use some of the most reliable and common Swiss ébauche calibers on the market. This enables you to get your movement serviced by your local, preferred watchmaker without our interference. That should be easier and more affordable for you. Isn’t that just more enjoyable?
Non-warranty service and repairs
For regular services (we recommend every 5-7 years) and non-warranty repairs, you can reach out directly to our independent service partners. Our aim is to connect several such partners worldwide over the coming years. These partners are supplied with decades’ worth of spare parts, so they can operate fully independently of VPC, keeping your watch running smoothly at the lowest possible service costs. These watchmakers operate to our standards and have the right seals and other service parts in stock.
